Basic rules for using Presto Prompto

This is a strong starter version for launch-shell use, but you should still review and adapt it before final public release, especially if you add monetization, expanded moderation flows, or third-party integrations later.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Presto Prompto, you agree to follow these terms and any additional posted rules, policies, or site requirements that apply to the platform.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under your login. You must provide accurate account information and must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

Permitted use

You may use the platform to browse prompts, create prompts, submit results, interact with community features, and otherwise use supported site functionality in a lawful and respectful manner.

Prohibited behavior

• Posting unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content
• Attempting to disrupt, overload, or bypass site security or moderation systems
• Using another person’s account without permission
• Uploading content you do not have the right to post
• Automating abusive scraping, spam, or fraudulent activity

User content

You retain responsibility for the prompts, images, comments, and other content you submit. By posting content through the platform, you grant Presto Prompto the rights reasonably necessary to host, store, display, process, and distribute that content within the normal operation of the service.

Moderation and enforcement

Presto Prompto may remove, hide, restrict, or moderate content, accounts, or activity when necessary to enforce site rules, address abuse, respond to complaints, or protect the platform and its users.

Availability

The site may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. Access is provided on an as-available basis without any guarantee of uninterrupted service.

No warranties

Presto Prompto is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, no warranties are made regarding availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Presto Prompto and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after updated terms are posted may be treated as acceptance of the revised version.
